When they started to take registration for this pet, I signed up, but I left WoW for a bit when they mailed it out.
When I come back it's no longer in the mailbox.

How I regret taking those time off :(

I am happy for those lucky few who have this glorious pet, and appreciative of what pets I've received in exchange. With luck, we'll see it on western shores someday soon...

Or we'll all wallow in misery at the notion that it'll remain tentatively out of reach forever...

I hope the US gets a model of one of these someday. As Breanni suggested, I'm curious if it makes sounds and what it would sound like. I still believe they should've put tribal carvings on its sides or something, it is stone after all!

While I admit I wish I could have this pet, as it is extremely beautiful, I am very happy that the Taiwanese are getting something cool to play with. I don't know a whole lot about foreign WoW-ers but from what I've heard, save for Europe and Australia, most other countries don't get to have close to the same gaming experience we do. They don't get many of the pets we do, they have to pay higher rates, they have features removed due to certain aspects of their government, etc. They deserve this.

It's be nice if they introduced a panther/leopard/tiger pet of some sort on US servers that isn't related to TCG. They really are quite gorgeous.

It's a beautiful beastie, congratulations to the Taiwan players! There's a lot of stuff we're jealous of on both sides of the fence, I know, but we're all pet lovers in the end and a shame not all of the pets from any of the country specific servers are available to all!

Gratz on a great pet you deserve, and here's wishing we'll get a neat gem pet at some point! :D

Remember everyone -- just because most of us are unable to get this pet doesn't mean we shouldn't be happy for those who are. Players in Taiwan are unable to get many of the pets we take for granted.

This jeweled pet is absolutely gorgeous! I just love its color, but its texture...? Not so much. I mean, imagine *that* rubbing up against you — ouch! You'd have to wear thick gloves just to pet it (and I can only wear cloth!) Don't even get me started on its purr. It's like listening to an industrial blender full of broken glass! Still, I want one. Gimmee.
