THIS IS SO CUTE! XD! And, this is NOT Bind on Soul, go ahead and give this to your guildies! Great for battling with the Pandaren Monk pet.

No schematic is needed to craft this pet. Level engineering to 600 and it will be offered by any engineering trainer. I was able to pick up the recipe in Stormwind!
From what I can tell online, there's just one trainer that teaches this-- Sally Fizzlefury -- http://www.wowhead.com/npc=55143 at the Nesingwary Safari in the Valley of the Four Winds. I'm definitely checking this out tonight!

I can't even find the information about this pet that I seek on Wowhead, so I thought I'd ask the ever-vigilant WarcraftPets.com members: Where can I find the schematic to make this pet? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Update: Had upgraded this sexy "mechanical" to rare with the first mechanical battle-stone I got. I now finally got him to 25 and he is amazing at taking down Magic pets with his 309 speed. Just two spells. Decoy and Breath. Job done.

@Silverthorn You are incorrect. I know for a fact that I learnt it on my engnineer at the normal trainer in Org.
Since 5.1 release appears to have a new sound effect when he takes damage. Sounds roughly like the G note on a vibraphone, roughly. I don't know if it's because I used him so much before the patch - this new tone is a little grating. Anyone else hearing it?
I have to mirror the other comments on how fun this guy is as a battle pet. His stats are a touch lower as you would expect with an uncommon but the fun factor is very high due to the unique battle talents. Will be the first pet I level from an uncommon to a rare when the patch comes out.
What a fun guy! I had fun levelling him, he holds his own despite the uncommon rating. He is a wonderful companion for helping your other pets level extremely fast. The decoy ability protects my little level 1-5 guys from getting one-shotted. He got the name Turbo which I think is quite fitting for all his non-stop activity by your side.
a shame this pet has only uncommon stats and not rare stats.. thank god there will be upgrade ability
My shaman friend made one for me and left a little story for him:
"During one of my latest explorative studies of Pandarian Dragon Anatomy, the most peculiar thing occured. It seems that a chain of energy passed from each of my totems and merged with the clockwork model I was fixing. Needless to say, the model is no longer an object, but a living construct!
I feel that you may take better care of this little one than I could; it's already eaten through my bolt stockpile..."
I named it Bolts. ^^
leveling this with my phoenix hatchling.
They will join my soul of the aspects, should be a solid team.
I think the mech will be like a tank it will protect the others by boxing them and the next move after coming back from death will be explode.
He is going to die a lot but if played right will leave a lot of destruction in the wake
A guild buddy made one for me, I love the little guy! Mine is Uncommon quality, I don't know if that would be the same for everyone.
One of my guildies made this for me. Gave them about twice as much mats as they needed. Seeing as it was still cheaper then the AH price we were both rather content.
Is this thing of rare quality? it seems like a cool pet, but the level one hit points seem lower than most rares qaulity points...

This is honestly one of the coolest pets I've seen. Thanks to my future BIL for making it for me.
I have to level my engineer and make one of these.. in addition to looking awesome he got one of the most interesting battle abilities I`ve seen.
