I love vanity pets! Ask most people horde side on Ravencrest, and they are aware of my obsession. :) I love helping other people out finding other pets, or making ones for my friends and guildies!
I feel like my vanity pet love stems from my real life obsession with all things furry/feathery/scaly - I LOVE animals! I have four cats and three rats, and I would have more if my husband would allow it! I treat my animals as if they were my children and it horrifies me that other people do not do the same - they are family!
My favorite vanity pet in game is always changing! I love the new celestial dragon, but I love the spectral tiger cub and the baby raptors as well! I have a soft spot for the azure whelp - back when there were only green, red, and black whelps, I used to dream about the day they would add a blue one, because blue is my favorite color! The day that patch launched I was out in Azshara, and the WoW gods were smiling on me since I got my new friend within 20 minutes. :)
If I had money I'd love to buy the original collector's edition, it's the only CE I don't own and there are three pets from there I am missing out on! :( Cannot justify 1000 dollars however for something, no matter how cute they are!
It's getting tougher to collect without having to throw down amounts of money that my husband would murder me for, but I am very happy with my collection and do want to continue to be the top collector on Ravencrest! :) So if you see Raziya, a troll priest running around, or my hunter Malaika, say hello! If you need help getting engineering/enchanting pets, or want help farming, just ask me, I am more than willing to help!
