About Casca:
I started collecting pets long before Warcraftpets.com appeared. Since I was (and still am) only interested in getting as many pets as possible on one character, I only collected and used the hard to get pets, like seasonal or drops from dungeons, on my main character, due to limited bag space. I still bought the more common vendor pets (just to be safe in case they would be taken out of the game one day) and stored them on a bank character.
With the announcement of the pet tab I could finally start to collect all the pets in the game on one character and I think I'm doing quite well so far.
While a friend of mine worked for Blizzard for about a year, he passed the pet and mount codes he received on to me. Since I don't want to pay real money for pets, I haven't gotten any new ones from outside the game since then, but I'm always looking to trade them for other pets or gold.
