This is the happiest I've been with Blizzard in AGES! I've wanted a nekkid murloc pet for so so so SO long - I'm over the moon! I don't even care what color he is! WAY more excited about this than any adult should be. <3 <3

Strange. I still don't see the option. I asked on the forums and a blue said it's not up yet as of about an hour ago. I guess some people can see it and some can't.

Dasaq, where do you see it's become giftable? Is it cageable now or something? I don't see any gift option in the store. Is the bundle giftable?

For those queued or completed the purchase: the pet lands soulbound in your bag. Doesn't go to your mailbox.

Seems a lot of people are making negative speculations about the reason this shop item isn't able to be gifted at this time. I sure hope their concerns are unfounded, and that Blizz still plans to be donating the proceeds to Red Cross once the gift option is added. 

I would indeed make a great gift if you could actually gift it. But it drops, uncageable, directly into your bag upon purchase. :(

Sure, I can always use another xpac-theme skinned murloc. But I would still reallly love to have a plain old nekkid murloc someday. No chunky armor. No oversized weapons. No xpac theme. I don't care what color, either. A color-changing murloc would be amazing, though!

Just got mine today! Love it!

 

Okay this was a relatively easy (if not long) farm. The 90 elite dinos drop 7-9 bones each kill. The 91 elites drop more, but they're a challenge to kill. Two of us easily farmed up 1k bones from the 90s in a couple days.

Got mine tonight with the help of a friend. Tried with a warrior/mage first, but couldn't shatter him even with a fast melee weapon. I then read on Wowhead that someone was able to 2-man him at 85 using a Brunnhildar Bow on their hunter with snake traps. So my friend switched to his hunter and we easily got him to no health. Then the frost on the bow blocked him in ice and then the trap snakes were able to melee him dead. This worked beautifully. I think it might be possible to solo, but no way could I have done it as an arms warrior. Thank you, Michael!

Adorable, but I am a little disappointed it has no idle. I was kinda hoping for at least an occasional PUFF! or blowing bubbles or something. Ahh well.
