 12:15am Fianaly got my rare! When I first got there I wasn't phased didn't see any around the mobs fighting. Did the quests in the area then it was like a graveyard, still nothing. logged out for about 10 minutes and came back and there were several around the area. Got my rare on the second try level 10 with only 1 other pet mixed in.

Found several running around Uldum at Obelisk of the Stars and North of it. There are also dung beetles and Tol'vir scarabs. Level 23 10pm server

I flew around for 30 minutes on two toons and never seen one. I did finally find one behind the inn but only after getting on a third alt that had not done MH. I think there are phasing Issues.  9:30pm Server Level 23. Teamed with a moth and a squirrel.

got a rare at the base of huge crystal in Shuttering Spires slightly NE of Needlerock Slag. 8:40pm Server Level 23 withTwilight Beetle and Deepholm Cockroach mixed in.

Lots of these guys in Crimson Expanse finally got my rare after about an hour of "poor's". 8:30pm Server, they have moths and deepholm roaches with them all level 23's.

Got mine around The Ruins of Ammon 5:30pm Server level 23's mixed with frogs and snakes

All over the place by Mar'at and Main city mixed with oasis moths and dung beetles 5pm server level 23's.

Found several in Twilight Highlands southeast of Thundarmar alone and mixed with Highland turkeys, level 23's. I haven't found any in the other zones listed.

Found a few in Twilight Breech all common around 4pm Server they had the Gryphon Hatchlings mixed with them level 23's.

3:30pm Server, level 23, mixed in with snake and mouse north of Victors Point

Found Mine at 6am Server so they are up early :) and I didn't have any trouble getting the ones on the mountains by The Farstrider Lodge. Got my Rare in three tries. Level 4 with around 350 health with a squirrel mixed in.

Found Mine at 5:45am Server only one spawn at a time in the area with a short 5-10 minute timer both I found were only common so far. Level 22

So Cute! They are Walking amoung the Adults in the Area around Nestingway Basecamp. Level 21's 5:30am Server 

Found them in Wildgrowth Mangal in Sholazar Basin, level 21 5am Server

They can also be secondary pets mixed in with the snakes in the area

Traded in my Level 1 for a Level 21 in Grizzly Hills South of Alpine Lodge mixed in with Grizzly Squirrels and Skunks

Found a Rare one mixed with a poor Imperial Eagle and Fawn South of Alpine Lodge 4:10am Server.

Found one sitting alone on rock around Grizzlemaw by the other adult eagles he had a mouse and skunk with him all level 21's.

Found a few more half way between Amberpine Lodge and Voldrune with Grizzly Squirrels and Fawns mixed in. 4Am Server.

Quite a few in Drak' Sotra Fields south of Argent Stand, got a rare after the fourth one. 3:15am Server. Level 22's.

Found rare lv 22 one around quite a few others sitting on bones in dragonblight south of Galakronds Rest 230am server

Found one mixed in with the Oily Slimlings around the Oily wolves 2am server

Found near the Oily wolves close to ads so clear first. Level 20 rare, common and poor all in same spot. 1:45am server

Found rare one at 130am server mixed in with an Artic Hair west of Azol Nerub in Dragonblight.

Found one at 12am server in the town of Valgarde
