To unlock the vendor that sells this pet, players must first complete the quest "Through the Veil" in the "Saving the Stalks" storyline.

After unlocking the vendor, players will need to earn Marasmius reputation. This is done by completing daily quests found in The Ring (accessible via a fairy ring in the Night Fae Covenant hall).
