Nothing fancy is needed to beat a Wisp. Any crab with Shell Shield
and a heal will whittle down a Wisp easily, albeit slowly due to misses. Wisps have very little offensive pressure, and the little that they have from Light
is made manageable with the shield negation. Same can be said for Sandstorm
pets, but the SS accuracy reduction will make the miss-fest even worse. Figure the best time to attack, and the best time to buff. For example, when blind, it is a great time to SS/Heal. Attack on the two rounds when Blind is not on you. Rinse, repeat. If you both come in fresh, make sure that Shell Shield is your first move as the opponent is almost guaranteed to lead of with Flash
so you want SS going to take the brunt of the dmg. I would say that Emerald Whelpling
running with Emerald Presence
would work just as well, or even better if you happen to be running with Breath
as it's main attack.
