faction tag and darkmoon rabbit

does it work? if your faction tags it you attack as well do you get to loot?

Its a traditional boss, dropping a single pet that is rolled between all comers in the tagging raid.

I don't think the new world boss loot mechanics apply to the Darkmoon Rabbit. In order to be eligible for loot, you need to be in the raid that has the tag on the rabbit. Additional raids (of the same faction as the tagging raid) will probably not be eligible.
