A GM recently told me this quest is shareable. This means you can take it on an alt (don't complete it) and every day when it's not "available" you can log your alt, share the Q with a friend/guilty/stranger, log your main and then have that person re-share it with your main character.
I believe the requirement for sharing is the other person must be able to take Q normally. (Could be wrong here)
This way it should only take 10 days from when you first see it

I just prepared toons at two different realms (Alliance) to do the Pebble daily quest.
I will check every day to see when the quest comes available in these realms (Lightninghoof and Bloodhoof).

Yesterday, I tried to share this quest with PhoenixAshe, but, I received an error message : You can not share this quest today.
I really don't know what it can be.
I googled the message but found nothing useful.

You cannot share quests cross realm. (At least not daily quests like the Challenge Mode daily which also differs from server to server.)
