NobleGarden Confusion

Hey gang,
I thought NobleGarden started today, but I logged on this morning and there were ZERO eggs in both Azure Watch and Dolanaar. Did I just log on before the eggs start spawning? Is there a time when it actually starts? I know they weren't already found because not only was there no eggs, but there was no other toons in those towns either. I was the only one there.
