Squirt times?

I know Squirt is up today but I have been looking everywhere and cant find the times she'll appear and disappear so I can plan my day!

Squirt is up all day, 24 hours.

She doesn't seem to be there right now, does she show up at 11 when everything resets?

As I recall it, Squirt coms with the raid/dungeon lockout reset time rather than daily reset. If that's 11am in your time, then that is when I would expect to see her.
