Re: The Celestial Family
Thanks for the replies guys! Good feedback on Tamers you use Chi-Chi on, Topaz :) Awq, I like your team setups with Chi-Chi like Unborn Val'Kyr, Rabbit, Chi-Chi! I want to give this a try in two weeks. Yeah I'm going to get Chi-Chi next...sorry little Zao! Also, like the idea of Chi-Chi, Magical Cra...

The Celestial Family
We have four very cool pets, and I wanted to see who uses them for PvP and even PvE. More so on the PvP side, because I'm always looking for new teams/pets to use! I was a slacker and took over a year before I won my first Celestial Tournament! That was a big mistake, but I do have two Celestial pet...

Re: Lets discuss the Draenor pets
I got Servant of Demidos which looks interesting but I haven't had a chance to stone or play with it yet. It fixes one of the core problems I have with most of the recent Magic family pets -- it looks to have no stat investment in health. If it actually does end up at 366 Power at level 25 then it ...

Re: Lets discuss the Draenor pets
Good information and feedback, Luciandk! Btw, have you used the Soul of the Forge in any PvP battles? If so, what team did you build around him, because I think he will be awesome in the PvP battle field! A very nice counter to all those mech types out there Havent done pvp in a long time, but I co...

Re: Sporeling Sprout PvP breeds, I need more info.
Thanks for the info. I have been using P/P Sprout, Celestial Dragon, and Xu-Fu myself. I'm going to try using Moon Moon (P/P) in place of Xu-Fu sometimes. Just to change things up, but Xu-Fu is a very good pet to use in a Moonlight team Since the expan has been out, I have not had a chance to really...

Re: Lets discuss the Draenor pets
Oh I guess my DK will be my next char to start leveling! He is my Blacksmith, and I want this pet haha. The Soul of the Forge looks like a great addition to my PvP teams
I might end up buying him on the AH tho. Right now my Monk is my main focus, and I'm having a blast playing the new expan

Re: WoD pet combos-for pvp
The Frostwolf Ghostpup is doing very well. I initially started pairing it with two critters to maximize Refuge but I've been having more luck with just one (which has been the S/S Prairie Mouse most of the time). Even with one critter Refuge allows you to block a nuke then get a free swap since you...

Re: Sporeling Sprout PvP breeds, I need more info.
I quite like my Cursed Birman, Sporeling Sprout H/H, Nether Faerie Dragon S/S. Cursed Birman is a great addition to any Moonlight team. yeah I have been thinking about Cursed Birman for the last few days!!! I WAS planning on leveling him up for the weekend haha but I can't play WoW because of all t...

Re: Draenic Pet Battler achieve: PvP battles DO count
Best news I have heard in days. Fantastic, thanks for checking that out!!! (Stormrage has been so terrible, it was a struggle just to login, let alone play. I xfered off!) Yeah I was in the que for a few hours last night, got online and tried to start the WoD intro quest. I could only see the cut s...

Re: Sporeling Sprout PvP breeds, I need more info.
Thanks for the tip, and that does make sense for a tanky type setup for Sporeling Sprout. Right now, I like my P/P breed but I can see S/S being very helpful too. I'll need to catch one of the S/S, and compare how well it does to my P/P. My Celestial Dragon does well taking hits, so I rather have mo...

Re: Overlooked awesome pets
Good to see other Frosty fans out there! I like the idea of Kovok and Frosty together on the same team. Hmm and Son Of Animus as the third? It might be a good setup and a bit different at the same time. It gives some heals and lasting power too.
I'm going to give it a try this weekend!

Re: how many "types" of teams can you think of?
I have not heard of barrage teams before. What setup do they use btw?
All the others that you listed I know of. You can add Moonlight teams to the list, and maybe sandstorm and clonedance too

Re: Sporeling Sprout PvP breeds, I need more info.
Sporeling Sprout (P/P) or (S/S) Thinking of moonlight teams....Sporeling Sprout is a great addition to the team! He can Jab/Charge, Creeping Fungus and Crouch to do some damage, and takes some hits (might want to use a S/S for a bonus to Crouch). You can go full defense with Jab/Charge, Leech Seed,...

Re: Anyone else playing Darkness teams right now?
I have been running Widget the Departed, Gooey Sha-ling, and Gilnaen Raven with very good results. I did replace the Raven with the Dread Hatchling, and I really love the heals! I like using Gooey Sha-ling as my setup/damage dealer. He will cast Death and Decay (adds more damage), and then darkness ...

Re: Overlooked awesome pets
Frosty I love Frosty! He is a fun pet for PvP, and can take some damage. Being undead is a plus (unless you run into critters), and he is a good addition to a Blizzard team. I have him on an odd ball setup team (not a Blizzard team), and for some reason I used to win a lot of matches. It's been a w...

Re: Grommloc - thoughts
I wonder if any good Yu'la / Gromloc teams exist. Seems like a good candidate for Celestial Blessing. Good question, and I was thinking today that Yu'la and Grommloc would be a good setup...I need to think of a third pet, but I'll be giving them a try in PvP this week. Maybe I'll go with a DPS pet ...
