Re: How to collect your Globe Yeti
Definitely have a /tar macro as well as "interact with" keybind if possible. I got lucky, it spawned almost immediately after I made the macro. That also gives me a spawn timer to pass to friends so they can hopefully get theirs soon. IMO they really need to shorten the spawn, 30 minutes is unnecess...

Re: Too many pets
Me too. I wish I could forget everything I know and start again. I even at one point considered releasing everything, but I did a Great Cull once, when I was refining my roster to level everything and get/keep the breeds I wanted, and that was enough pet trauma for one lifetime. It probably isn't t...

Re: Too many pets
Heresy! There can never be too many pets! (Ok, for a newer player or someone new to pet battling, it probably does seem overwhelming...) I did like the idea that someone posted recently about having rarer colors/skins on some wild pets to add a twist to collecting. I think that would be a super fun ...

Re: Why Three Pets?
Reasons to collect more than one of any given pet: - Some pets have abilities that benefit noticeably from multiple breeds (i.e. I run a P/P Flayer Youngling, some strategies call for a S/S). - Some pets are pretty OP (and have unique movesets) that you may want multiples of it (i.e. Ikky, I know a ...

Re: To Confirm
My guess would be sales went up because of the mounts. There's more people interested in mounts than pets overall, plus the mounts were pretty eyecatching with the new models and being 2 seaters on top of that.

The dark green skinned [pet]Wood Wasp[/pet] fits that criteria. I'd love to see more pets like that as well, only because I like suffering for my collection.

Re: Adding connected realm ladders
I guess I'll never get the fuss over realm rankings - I have a fairly complete collection and use this site to manage that collection, not to make myself feel like I've outperformed someone else. If I really want to compare my collection to others on here, then I only look at overall rank, because t...

Re: Uuna's Doll
Definitely RNG, and don't be afraid to take along friends that already have it, as it can drop for them even if they already have it. And as noted it isn't cageable but the dropped item can be traded as long as you were on that same kill.

Thank you for this. I checked the Hallow's End link on the Battle Net launcher and it only said: "This year you’ll be able to exchange your Tricky Treats for some newly added items, including:: Last I checked the battlenet link is outdated... that's last year's information! :? Re: Pet Battle Bonus Event - Alternative locations?
For Broken Isles I would say the safest area with a decent density of pets would probably be Val'Sharah, there's packs of Gleamhoof Fawns along the road between Lorlathil and Garden of the Moon. I did do some pet battle grinding with alts in that area when I got tired of questing, though it's not ne...

Re: Pet Battle Bonus Event - Alternative locations?
With lvl 1 pets I find it safest to start off with either Decoy (or a similar ability), and then swap in the carry pet, or Food Coma and swap in. Only issue with Food Coma is it doesn't work on critters but if you're doing the Icespine Hatchling grind the opening pet will always be a beast so that i...

Re: Pet Battle Bonus Event - Alternative locations?
Frostfire Ridge, plenty of packs of Icespawn Hatchlings with guaranteed endless respawns. If you're horde with a garrison that's a mailbox and possible stable master right there.

Re: Battle pets from MoP raids
Well, Sandlings won't be as rare as the others you listed because it's trash drops. All the troll mobs between Horridon and the troll Council can drop them. I've gotten 3-4 on absurdly lucky runs clearing all the trash. Other two are boss drops and, as you said, very rare. I have gotten only the 1 ...

Re: Battle pets from MoP raids
Yup they still drop, just a very low drop rate. I've gotten something like 2 Kovoks, 1 Droplet of Y'Sharrj, 1 Living Sandling during this xpac.

Re: Family Fighter - FUN! ty Blizzard
I liked this achieve, but I hated the shit pet we got for it. Haha, when my achieve popped up a few guildmates asked me what the reward was, and I linked my new pet. "Wow what a crappy pet" was the response. I knew a few of them were slowly working on the meta but I don't think any of them felt ins...

Re: Family Fighter - FUN! ty Blizzard
When every fight either needs a dodge , some sort of debuff like stampede and/or black claw, a slow , and maybe a survival to win and then one family of pets has little to none of those moves it isn’t hard to see why they are hard to do on. What is their racial by the way? Every other families one ...

You're welcome. But let's face it, if you only looked at moves and stats, the two "Runts" really are identical.

Re: Family Fighter - FUN! ty Blizzard
It was just shocking how limited and lacking the aquatics move base is. I didn’t realize it till going for this achievement Definitely... I thought they weren't a bad family at all (they certainly wreck elementals) until trying to think of strategies with only 1 pet having a dodge first in the Youn...
