Re: really disappointed in the pet content
Don't get me wrong, PvP is still my favorite part of pet battles. I'm currently right at 3500 wins. However, I also like challenging tamers. Don't you remember the first time you beat the tourney and thought... "OMG!!! I finally did it!!" I like that challenge. PvP is great, but PvE also has its pl...

Re: really disappointed in the pet content
t was a real challenge, and took some time to overcome. I personally liked being challenged PvE content has not entertained me or challenged me (after I got a decent stable in 5.2). PvP is where I challenge myself. The pet breeding was supposed to add the much needed variety and extra content, but ...

I used Syd the Squid, Pandaren Water Spirit, and Purple Puffer to beat them.

Re: Blizzcon/CE Pets Viable? Strat/Guide requested
Lil' Deathwing is a beast in PvP...Netherwhelp is a lot of fun in PvE, but for some reason I have never used him in PvP yet haha. Because of this thread, I will give him a try! Also, I like Grommloc a lot too with the fun comp I setup with Yu'la, and Mini Diablo. Its fun, and people never see Mini D...

Re: Why is Anubisath Idol so Highly Rated?
Because he is a beast for a lot of the PvE Pet battles haha. He can even solo some of the Master Tamers too. For PvP, I never use him and he might be a good fit for a stall team maybe. I don't see the Idol that often in PvP battles

Re: New Stall PvP Team idea - Stall with a PUNCH!
Just begs to be called Flower Power if successful. Haha that's a great name! When I have used a Stall team in the past, a lot of people just quit the match lol. So I really do wonder if this team will do well or not. I think it will still be tough to beat, but we will see once I test it out. Any we...

New Stall PvP Team idea - Stall with a PUNCH!
This is the stall team I plan on giving a try once I get a P/P Sun Sproutling! 1. Blossoming Ancient - Ironbark, Photosynthesis and Sunlight 2. Singing Sunflower - Lash, Photosynthesis and Sunlight 3. P/P Sun Sproutling - Club, Photosynthesis and Solar Beam You setup Sunny Day like normal, let the B...

Magic Lamp
This pet seems very good for PvP, and I was just thinking maybe it can work on a Moonlight team. With Sear Magic, the Magic Lamp can be a nice counter to the Unborn Val'kyr, and Wish can really help keep the pet or team stay alive longer. Also, the skills for this pet are all magic based, which will...

Re: Grommloc - thoughts
This weekend I did some PvP with a fun comp. Yu'la, Grommloc and Mini Diablo! I use the Celestial Blessing on Diablo, and he does last a while. Which is good, and I like having Lift Off instead of Life Exchange on Yu'la. Mini Diablo's Blast of Hatred is a great skill, but he is a bit too fast tho. I...

Re: Grommloc - thoughts
I started using Lift Off instead of Life Exchange on Yu'la. It seemed to work better for me, but I think Life Exchange can be useless, but the issue is the other pet's life. If the other team switches in a new pet at full HP...then Life Exchange is great, but that does not happen too often tho. This...

Re: Lets discuss the Draenor pets
Edit: It seems quite superior to the other new low hp P/P magic pet [pet]Eye of Observation[/pet]. The eye of observation have a rather poor ability set I feel. The slot 2 abilities really wants to go first. But as P/P, the only option is to roll powerball to gain speed superiority or use eyeblast....

Re: Lets discuss the Draenor pets
I have only seen two Servant of Demidos on my AH, and they were pricey. But I really want to give this pet a try on a Moonlight team. I think it will do well, but I need one to test it out! It's magic based moves and the + healing from Moonlight look very nice to me

Re: Lets discuss the Draenor pets
Sentinel's Companion - A gift to all Moonlight teams? I think so! I am a big fan of Moonlight teams for PvP, and this pet adds so much I think. Nice magic attacks, speed and a stun. Or you can use Ethereal for some defense if you like. This pet will tear flyers APART, and it can refresh Moonlight wh...

Re: Grommloc - thoughts
Last night I did some PvP matches to test out Yu'la, Grommloc and a Prairie Mouse/Spring Rabbit comp. I did not use the Prairie Mouse, but I did use the Spring Rabbit. I had a lot of fun with this comp. At first, I was losing the battles, but I got better as I got more exp with this team. Grommloc w...

Re: The Celestial Family
I'm starting to PvP with Yu'la now, and I'll post how she does soon. Here is a comp I plan on using with Yu'la soon: Fossilized Hatchling Yu’la H/H Spirit Crab A bit undead heavy, but it will take a while for people to beat these pets. It should be a fun team, and I hope to win some matches with it....

Re: Grommloc - thoughts
I wonder if any good Yu'la / Grommloc teams exist. Seems like a good candidate for Celestial Blessing. I put together a team last night to see how it would go. Yu'la, Grommloc and Soul of the Forge. Yu'la was killed because of an Unborn's Haunt, but I was able to have the Soul of the Forge tank ver...

Re: Lets discuss the Draenor pets
I don't have one yet, but I faced the Junglebeak in PvP battles last night. Its going to be tough with Rain Dance, and being able to attack first. Nocturnal Strike hurts a lot, and the pet does not even need to be on a clonedance team to do well. The Junglebeak will be on my teams that's for sure. O...

Re: The Celestial Family
Thanks a lot for the feedback! Can't wait to give a few of your comps a try soon. I'll log and see how well I do next month. I'll have Chi-Chi on December 2nd, and I'll level her up that day to test out. Oh, and going back to my Moonlight team. I really love using Celestial Dragon, Xu-Fu and Infecte...

Re: Lets discuss the Draenor pets
Servant of Demido was on sale on the AH, but it was way too much for me. I have been spending a lot of gold, and I'm low on gold atm. So, I don't think I'll have the Servant of Demido anytime soon
