HotS Winter event
It might be a bit late, but thought I would post this as a heads-up for anyone else who doesn't have [pet]Graves[/pet] yet. Heroes of the Storm's version of Winter Veil is currently on, and gives you a free 4-day stimpack (double xp) for playing 15 games, and a 10-day stimpack for playing 50 games d...

Re: Hallows End Pets
By the way. if anyone is a bit sick of having green pawprints all over their garrison, I can confirm that if you "switch off" the spectral pets by talking to the npc, you can freely activate them again at any time.

Re: Easy RAF pets this weekend
Also, it's possible to gift the WoW Battlechest to someone else, or to yourself for use at a later date . Could anyone clarify this for me? I bought an extra battlechest account last time they were on sale, but I forgot to specify an email to gift it to so it automatically went onto my Bnet list. C...

Re: Madja's Fifth Friendly Raffle - Special Edition (Any Reg
I would counter the [pet]White Moth[/pet] with that old faithful, P/P [pet]Emerald Proto-Whelp[/pet]. Emerald Bite will take big powdery chunks out of the moth, while Emerald Presence mitigates a lot of the damage from Alpha Strike and Moth Balls. I would use Proto-Strike for the last ability, and t...

Re: Moose pet anyone?
Not like those [pet]Mudback Calf[/pet] and such, who are horrendo... eeeeh... cute in their very special way :p I know, right? The riverwallows are my most hated mob from WoD because they look so stupid. I sometimes wonder what they were thinking when they came up with that design. "I know, let's m...

Re: Murkadin doesnt dance :(
Not only doesnt he dance you also cant pet mirror his metamorphosis :( I really don't understand this. He has 3 idle animations; 1) exudes black smoke, 2) scratches his spines and shakes his head. 3) murkmorphosis (sprouts wings). When you steal his appearance with pet mirror, you will do animation...

Re: Moose pet anyone?
These look great. I'm really hoping the artwork in Legion is a lot better than some of the ugliness that was WoD. Nibbles worried me, but hopefully more stuff will look like this than that...

That does sound pretty cool. I currently use rematch, and I've often thought the only thing wrong with it is that you can't write notes on the teams.

I have 11 max-level toons, and I have to say I have never seen this mob, let alone the pet it drops. Very glad I bought my spawnling quite early on.

Re: Donna's "no-bs" WoD 6.1 Pet Tamer Guide
I'd like to offer a different Taralune strategy, credit goes to prudentius@wowhead comments: Nether Roach (any breed, however S/S are risky) (1/-/-) Sprite Darter Hatchling or Nether Faerie Dragon (recommend S/B, but S/S usually works) (1/2/1) 1-6) Nether Blast 7) Bring in SDH, Moonfire 8) Arcane B...

Wow Graven, I'm envious of your collection! Someday I hope that mine will look like that lol. But I do think I found five more pets that need to join all your other 25s: [pet]Cenarion Hatchling[/pet] [pet]Leviathan Hatchling[/pet] [pet]Blazing Cindercrawler[/pet] [pet]Hogs[/pet] [pet]Lost Netherpup...

Graven how about your Tiny Goldfish, Speedy, Skunk and that Borean Marmout who looks lonley being the only one not 25 on your first page :) It's been a while 'cause I've been focussing on some other things lately, but Cleo the [pet]Tiny Goldfish[/pet], [pet]Speedy[/pet], Stripe the [pet]Skunk[/pet]...

Re: Darkmoon Fishing
I started with an alt, who had 1 skill in fishing. Caught junk (weeds, grey vendorfish etc) for the first 10 or so casts, then caught Daggermaw on every cast thereafter. Very easy, just a little boring if you don't really like fishing.

Re: Moths, moths everywhere...
It's weird, but I think you must be right. Moths were already over-represented during MoP, then they released Timeless Isle adding 3 more. Thought they would give it a rest with Draenor but nope, yet more moths.

Re: Ducks and other animals Blizzard forgot.
Would be nice, as long as they were done properly. Imagine if we got ducks but they were designed by the person who did those hippo pets that look like they were based on a 3 year old's drawing.

Re: Pet Charm Efficiency
Obviously it's far more "efficient" to use the charms to buy rare stones, as they are much harder to come by than the 3-5 levels those charms would buy if you spent them on level stones. However it all depends on your other sources of stones. If you only ever do wild battles and garrison dailies, yo...

Re: What's the fastest way to boost lvl 1 pets without train
It's not going to be the fastest, but personally I get them to level 4 using wild battles in and just outside Orgrimmar, then I hit the Everlook or Deadwind Pass trainer which gets then to 10-ish. After that they are ready for a Pandaria tamer for a nice big chunk of xp.
