Re: Breeds for Legion Pets
I believe an interesting sub-set of pets are the Suramar Broodlings, due to fairly unique skillset, and same stat spread between all species (making breed availability more relevant than the pet itself) The "most important" specimen here is the Crystalline, as it comes in 5 different breeds - some o...

Re: Breeds for Legion Pets
Because procrastinating is fun, here's a handful :P [pet]Blind Rat[/pet]: S/S . it's a given, everything in its skillset favors speed! [pet]Dust Bunny[/pet]: Possibly P/S . Its "special" feature, Smoke Bomb always goes first, and we have plenty of S/S bunnies around (whereas P/* ones are severely la...

Re: is S/S a must have for moon tears moon moon?
I don't really look up teams online, but if I had to, I'd definitely check Discodoggy's [url]http://pvppetbattles.com/[/url] - even if only as inspiration. Some strategies can be surprising! As for the Voodoo Dolls, they are definitely good for [ability]Rot[/ability]/[ability]Stampede[/ability], whi...

Re: is S/S a must have for moon tears moon moon?
I can tell you, while the idea is good on paper, it's not going to work. Here's a few problems off the top of my head: 1) Weather dependant : It is true that Creeping Fungus can deal some great damage under Moonlight, but if the opponent changes weather, it becomes a mediocre DoT at best. And if the...

Re: is S/S a must have for moon tears moon moon?
I don't see any particular reason why you'd want to be S/S for [ability]Moon Tears[/ability]. Moonlight doesn't provide any immediate negative effect that you may want to apply before the enemy attack (unlike nerfing the damage/accuracy of the attacker with Darkness or Sandstorm for example). A diff...

Re: Wildlife Conservationist World Quest bugged
You have to indeed "trigger" the quest, which is actually a relatively small area - and it isn't always exactly where the quest marker is. Just run around until you get a "New World Quest" pop-up. Mine triggered near the bridges, north of Temple of Elune, after riding around for a bit. Also, do not ...

Re: Pet of the Month - Lurking Owl Kitten
As one of the few Beasts with Flying attacks, this one is proving invaluable for the family-specific achievement "Best of the Beasts". Tears Aquatics apart, while also being able to fend off other Beasts by temporarily becoming a Flier. Packs a massive punch thanks to [ability]Feathered Frenzy[/abil...

Whenever a raven dies, a blighthawk rises.
Whenever a blighthawk dies, the same blighthawk rises.
This is but a battle. No matter who wins today, the blighthawks will emerge as victors for all eternity.

Just that the Nethershard vendor is still present in the capital city, so you can purchase them if you somehow still have shards.

Re: Pet Battle Royale - Cast Your Vote (Legion)
Being realistic, [pet]Murkidan[/pet] wouldn't stand a chance (except against the [pet]Minfernal[/pet], maybe) but the [pet]Fel Pup[/pet] would eat him alive - Beast+Undead damage, hard counter- and [pet]Fel Flame[/pet] would also beat him through its damage and endurance. This is a popularity contes...

Re: New Felbat Pup doesnt fly >.<
From what I've seen, mature Fel Bats can fly. Also, they have arms. So my conclusion is that they don't fly with their wings, but with their arms - and that's why the Felbat Pup cannot fly!

Re: Breanni is selling a new pet!
Considering that it only comes in "hybrid" */B breeds Do we have a confirmation somewhere on all of its breeds? I dropped 2k gold on them trying to get something other than S/B... all of them turned out to be S/B... I'm unsure, mine was S/B too but the addon lists P/B as a possibility - although ei...

Re: Breanni is selling a new pet!
In battle terms, the only thing the [pet]Nursery Spider[/pet] offers over any other Spider, is the replacement of its "primary" ability - from [ability]Strike[/ability] (Beast) to [ability]Skitter[/ability] (Critter). Considering that it only comes in "hybrid" */B breeds, I don't think it'll shine i...

Re: What are best nukes after pre-patch tuning?
[pet]Trunks[/pet] AoE has been nerfed along with [ability]Thunderbolt[/ability] (after all, [ability]Avalanche[/ability] is the same spell at all effects). While technically not a "nuke", Clawstampede setups remain untouched and extremely powerful ([ability]Black Claw[/ability] + [ability]Hunting Pa...

I only used Howlbomb against Chi-Chi, as a combination of laziness and reliability; so that's the only one I'd have to bring back to the drawing board. vs. Xu-Fu: [ability]Call Lightning[/ability] + [ability]Flock[/ability] (any combination of pets) vs. Yu-La: [pet]Bonkers[/pet], [pet]Mr. Biggleswor...

Re: I'm in a huge need of assistance
Just like with [ability]Early Advantage[/ability], the 2nd and 3rd turns of [ability]Dreadful Breath[/ability] are counted as a DoT and deal half damage to Aquatics. Or well, at least this was still the case prior to 6.0 (I loved my [pet]Droplet of Y'shaarj[/pet]!). Haven't really used Dreadful Bre...

Re: I'm in a huge need of assistance
Also, would frogs really be so good against a Dreadful Breath team? It's a Humanoid attack, so they take full damage. And while the Elemental won't long survive Frog Kiss, unless they get lucky with their kiss RNG the Whelpling will be OK, and any Cleansing Rain helps the Dreadful Breath. Granted, ...

Late as well, it seems! :) I had no noticeable problems, or at least, nothing out of the usual (which includes unfortunate crits and stuns) For Cristoph VonFeasel I run a team of 2 pets + carry, and they've always worked fine: S/S [pet]Grasslands Cottontail[/pet] ([ability]Flurry[/ability], [ability...

Re: I'm in a huge need of assistance
Sorry for the intrusion, but could someone compare for sure the H/H and P/S breeds of [pet]Bone Serpent[/pet]? Maybe it's just a Murphy's Law paranoia but I can't get rid of a feeling that the additional round of the former one has no direct damage anyway and can provide only some indirect soaking....
