Re: The Murkapult
to counter the 333 imp, just simply put the valk in the first slot, and the murk always use shielstorm first. If the imp will switch you in the first round, he will get the valk directly. bingo. If the imp will use anything else in the first round, then you will have shield on your valk, so the insp...

Re: The Murkapult
Someone told me after the hotfix of the inspiration, actually it also created a monster team. Now that the inspiration buff is not a team wide buff anymore but rather will just stick on the pet you call up, well, if you murk will use inspiration and call in a valk. In that round which your valk will...

Re: The Murkapult
I agree the valk + water spirit + murk combo is very predictable and will not work in most PVP battles. If you want to use the idea of the double delay damage, I think the only pet will fit will be the frosty due to it's high HP and undead racial. Say you can have a good team as : frosty + murk + a ...

Re: The Murkapult
The only few effective ways to counter a kovok/murk team, especially with a bone storm on the 3rd pet, will be a aquatic heavy team. I lost a few times to a team with a crawdad, snarly and a singing sunflower. This team can be very tough to beat when played well for a murk team. Basically the idea t...

Re: The Murkapult
Righteous Inspiration itself isn't too horrible, but I wish it was a damage debuff on the enemy rather than a buff on the player (they could still get the speed as a buff). I had my wife try Brisela's suggested counter (I didn't have two levelled up blighthawks), but I must be missing something as ...

Re: The Murkapult
People is always ready to cry foul and nerf when they encounter something they cant immediately deal with. Instead of taking their time to consider the problem. The truth is out there, go play some pvp and you will see it yourself. Before the murk was out, one of the more successful teammate for ko...

Re: The Murkapult
Your counter is 2 ps blight hawks and 1 hh unborn Or you can tey with 3 unborn hh breed Brisela Either you have no clue about how to deal with a murk team or your opponent is just terrible. 3 undead team is probably the worst choice again a kovok and a heavy aoe team. 3 valk? yeah right, the kovok ...

Re: Same Speed: Who goes first?
Can you let me in on the secret? I've noticed if it's a choice between that surge attack and another 'this comes first move' then the surge attack goes first. This is incorrect. For all those "go first" skills, there are no secret formulas behind the mechanic, it's just a flat amount of speed added...

Re: The Murkapult
The problem with the murk is : I can see how this pet was designed to counter most of the ways to counter this pet. EG. someone said if you have a 341 speed snake, you can wait till the round the murk to use his inspiration to blind the next heavy hitter, well then the designer give the murk also th...

Re: The Murkapult
Inyeresting Which breed is your kovok with the poison fang and puncture wounds combo I woild like to take you on with my all time winniest team in 5.3 :D it really doesn't matter which breed, the buff is so powerful and everything just doesn't matter that much, I used the H/P breed but actually thi...

Re: The Murkapult
The inspiration buff should NOT be team wide, it should only apply to the next pet will be coming out. because this buff is team wide, or to be more exactly, this buff will apply to EVERYTHING currently in effect and also for the next round regardless of which pet will be coming out, any kind of ski...

Re: The Murkapult
This is what you need for a overpowered murk team. Kovok Murk whatever ( suggest a spirit crab due to high HP to avoid extra miss and surge for extra fast, but basically anything will work) start with the Kovok Poison Fang black claw Pheromones then switch to the murk Inspiration then your crab will...

Re: The Murkapult
Apparently I was wrong about the mruk to team up with the Kovok because of a stupid fact : after you cast your aoe or dot on your opponent's front pet, and then switch to your murk to cast the inspiration, In that round when you cast your inspiration and the next round when your second pet actually ...

Re: The Murkapult
Fossilized hatchling appears to be the better aoer, less upfront damage, but your pet survives. This is my choice for a murkalot team. My preferred setup will be : Fossilized Hatchling Murkalot 325 speed S/S Qiraji Guardling Start with the murk, shieldstorm if your opponent does not have any aoe sk...

Re: The Murkapult
Kovok (HP) Murkalot Blackfuse Bombling (PP) This is not a good team to utilize the murkalot. The AOE skill from Kovok will ignore any speed buff and you will only get 1 round of AOE buff from the 100 dmg, which is close to a total waste. And using a bombling pet doesn't help also, as someone alread...

Re: The Murkapult
Again,
this is a good pet and with an unique skill set, but it's no where near overpowered.
It also makes me laugh when people are using it to team up with a Kovok.

Re: The Murkapult
Also noticed that Murkalots shield move is pretty good. It said it blocked one attack, but it seemed team wide. I used a cyclone and it blocked all three hits on the team. Usually those types of moves does not work that way I think. This skill can be easily broken by a simple aoe skill such as arca...

Re: best team against unborn val'kir, stitchet pup .....?
best pet to counter a valk + undead dog setup will be a crawdad.
Pop a shield and use wish on every CD and you can not be killed by this combo.

Re: Netherwhelp - one of the most strongest PVP pet in 5.4
Sure, I am not saying the netherwhelp is unbeatable, all I am saying is : because of the 50% HP extra dmg racial, please the fact that the evasion skill works very well with other pets like valk, it makes this pet one of the top pvp pets in this patch. I think what people are saying is: the Valk is...
