Re: S/S Gilnean Raven...
Interesting fact: It can still be dodged, even if it can't miss (on blinded targets).

Re: What's the best deal you got on a pet from Auction House
Got a Kovok for roughly 1.3k just after the last wing of SoO LFR was opened. Pretty sure someone typed the wrong price.

Re: Bots
Yeah, met one quite a few times that runs anubisath idol + direhorns (though it's been a while since I last saw him). I would recognize him due to the names of the pets and I know it was a bot for similar reasons to yours, + he had a delay on choosing moves that was always the same.

Re: Celestial Tournament RNG
The tournament is 90% preparation, most of which doesn't require you to be in the game. Once you're worked out strategies for all the fights you can do the whole thing in about 15 minutes. I had less than 40 pets at max level the first time I beat it, it does require you to get creative. What I did ...

Re: Murkalot bugged?
I agreed Murkalot needed a nerf, I'll be glad to stop using him (he was a pretty boring pet tbh, but too good to ignore). Less happy about the Kovok nerf though. I used him a fair bit while RI was bugged (running the stupidly OP blackfuse/kovok/Murkalot team), but outside of that I didn't find him a...

Re: Tiggindy's advice for pet leveling
The idol can solo this fight (with good RNG), but he will always take out the first two pets. I use him to take the first two pets, sub in my leveling pet on the last one, then switch to my celestial dragon to finish the fight (can be replaced by any dragonkin with a magic attack).

Re: Opinions needed for very indecisive person!!
I'd personally get the RAF pets... Blizzard has a habit of revamping the RAF system, and while that doesn't seem likely this time around there's always the chance. Those TCGs will always be around, and you could get a good trade for one. This. Another thing to keep in mind is that while you may be ...

Re: Tiggindy's advice for pet leveling
The Grasslands Cottontail (SS) paired with a Blue Clockwork Rocket Bot (SS) works like a charm for Major Payne, I can honestly not remember the last time I even needed a second try. The strat is highly resilient against RNG and you can carry pets at any level as they take no damage. Are you sure th...

Re: The Celestial Tourney...now what?
Personally I'll just stockpile the coins, keep my options open. With the new breeding system coming it might turn out I'll need more of the celestial pets in the future, otherwise I'll turn them in for stones or food. Keep in mind that the coins are BoA, you can store them on an alt if space is an i...

Re: The Murkapult
Predictable as hell and murk offers no advantage over, say, Chrominius in that scenario. Murkalot is a support pet, with a dead valk and the Pandaren Water Spirit left, you're stuck with a pretty poor matchup for the opponents two remaining pets (that¨'s if he actually soaked the nuke, far more like...

Re: The Murkapult
I still think people are jumping the gun a bit when it comes to crying for nerfs. While I do agree that Murkalot is currently far too strong, I think the community has a long way to go still before all the counters are found, polished and published. The Val'kyr is a great example, she's too strong i...

Re: Pure luck?
That's not quite how it works. The common belief right now is that the dupe currently used on pets either levels them to level 6 or requires them to be level 6. Based on what evidence we've seen that's fairly safe to assume. However, that does not mean there aren't other dupes out there that are bei...

Re: The Murkapult
I think most of us agree that Murkalot needs some nerfs, I think it is still too early to say how heavily he needs to be nerfed. The pet has only been out for a few days, people have not yet been given the time to adapt and counter him properly. Give it a few more weeks and we will have more precise...

Re: The best of the new mechanical pets ...
Seeing as you have Murkalot, the bombling is a no-brainer. Been racking up a stupid amount of wins with Kovok/Murkalot/Bombling, playing it as Poofah suggested in this post. The setup has a very high win %, takes minimal amounts of thought and makes for quick games. Not necessarily the most fun you ...

Re: Pure luck?
While it could of course be a dupe (or a hacked account), I think you should just assume it was a legit deal. Sure, you got them for a great price, but apart from that there's nothing suspicious about it really.

It swaps to the pet with the current highest health, just like the tooltip says. Why are people so intent on not reading the tooltip?

Re: The Murkapult
I think it's safe to say that we've only seen the tip of the iceberg so far in regards to Murkalot. He is going to affect the metagame heavily and will spawn a ridiculous number of comps that are all broken in their own unique way. Anyone who thinks he won't be nerfed for "PR" reasons is in for a su...

No. I logged in on one character this morning, then my main later. I didn't collect the mail on my first character though, so after picking him out of the mailbox on my main I check on my alt. Currently got the 2nd one in the bag saying "Collected 1/1".

I run a H/P Menagerie Custodian in place of a Darkmoon Tonk whenever it's only used for the finishers (Ion Cannon, possibly with Shock and Awe first). He has slightly higher power.
