A quick loop around Auchindoun in Talador and I found two of these little guys. One was H/S, the other B/B. I found them nearby other Royal Moths in the area.

This guy also leaves an effect of plants and flowers on the ground after idling for about 60 seconds, similar to the Path of Cenarius item for players.
