sunlight bug

Post by Ranania » November 13th, 2012, 2:18 pm

I'm new to BattlePets and have been leveling up pets for a little over a week. while leveling up last night. I noticed that when I used my Terrible Turnip's Sunlight spell, it damaged my other 2 pets for a bout a third of their health. The spell description states that it During a sunny day, the maximum health of all pets is increased by 50%. and healing done is increased by 25%. Is this a bug that they are being damaged or am I missing something?

Thank you,
Windhammer

They did not get damaged. It only looked that way because you actually got more health. For example, say your pet has 1500 HP and was at full heath 1500/1500, and when you use the sunlight spell you gain 500 HP (this is just a rough example, I don't know the exact number of health you gain) then you would have 1500/2000 and therefore look like you lost health when in fact you still have the same 1500 you always had. Sorry if I do not explain it very well.
