It's worse!! I haven't had a smoke for 9 years but after a 3 month break from WoW I was back pet leveling within minutes of logging in again, and within a week I'd spent £300 on Vanilla pet codes.Echinacea wrote:i only bought 2 more last night. its sort of like stopping smoking

Re: Unused cat skins?
I'd love to have the Cringer one! My hunters favourite pet is the original "Cringer" skin cat from Felwood and it would be awesome to have a "baby" version of it. And THEN Blizz can give us a Battlecat mount and the world will be just about perfect! (showing my age here a bit  )

Have you checked your armoury to see if it's showing there? This site updates from the armoury so if there is an issue there . . .

I don't think the collecting EVER stops! I'm always constantly broke from buying pets. Never even made it over 100k gold because of my obsessive pet collecting! There are some awesome guides for doing the celestials here: http://www.warcraftpets.com/community/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=6459 Tha...

Re: Vanilla CE codes going cheap(ish) on ebay
haha glad to see some other happy pet collectors! It was just such a good deal I had to share it! :D Regarding the TBC CE, I keep hearing mixed reports on that. Some people swear that they have been able to redeem the code (via post), and get both pets, fairly recently, others have said that they on...

Re: Vanilla CE codes going cheap(ish) on ebay
Decided to take my own advice and, after turning my pockets out and counting some change, I now have Mini Diablo, Panda Cub and Zergling!
I never ever thought I'd have these pets so I'm really happy today!

Vanilla CE codes going cheap(ish) on ebay
There is a guy selling the activation codes for the Vanilla CE on ebay. Looks like he has one left and he's selling them for £319 which is a fraction of what the whole CE box goes for (£1600+). http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/221361878059?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 In case anyone h...

Re: forcing rares to appear
BUT then again, I've been known for doing insane things to try and get around using a stone. ;) Apparently I have more time than sense... Don't worry, you're not the only insane one! :D Out of all the available wild-caught pets, I used stones on FIVE of them, the rest I hunted and hunted until I go...

I think I'd be willing to take the risk buying off the AH but never from someone advertising in trade, that's just not worth the risk.

This is pretty much how I do it too.Peanutty wrote:I would say use your best judgement on whether or not you want to wipe out an area of lower quality pets. I do it as long as the pet isn't super hard to get, like a Minfernal, and if I don't see other people in the area pet battling.

Re: Battle stones
I very seldom see one from wild pet battles either, and when I do it's usually a pointless uncommon one. However, I usually get at least one stone a day from pet dailies (thats doing all of Pandaria plus a couple of others, eg: Uldum and SMV).
