Question with the battle stones and wild pet battles.

Do you have to capture a pet for a chance of a stone, or can you just defeat them?

I found an Arcane Eye outside of Kara when i went to do the daily. Hung around for a few more minutes and two more spawned. Two uncommons and one poor. None of them had secondry pets.

Did you manage to get this?

I've only ever had it done on my mage with her Water Elemental out. As such, I very rarely do any pet battles with her anymore, as I always forget to dismiss the pet.

I've been naming mine as I go.

Celestial Dragon is Spot
Pandaren Monk is Bo Stick
Terrible Turnip is Radish
Onyxian Whelpling is Mom Loves Me

Some are harder to name than others, but they will all tell me who they are sooner or later.

I hit 3 just before maintenance last night. I've been concentrating on catching rares, and the various rep dailys. I have to finish doing the pet daily chains, but I keep forgetting.

I had a look last night on Aman'thul, and found a Snowy Owl, so it's winter on the Oceanic servers also.

I've seen a few pets, mostly NPC bought ones, thou there was a couple of easy drop pets. Mostly I'm seeing a lot of T3 items from classic Naxx. Only one mount that I've wanted appeared, but I'm pretty sure I'll be farming Stonecore for that as soon as I'm sick of dailys.

I've joined the guild and leveling up a new warrior, Khel. While I'm not there much, I do try to pop in once a day for a few quests and some of the easy to reach pet daily quests to keep the xp moving upwards. She's only lvl 23 atm, but already Revered with the guild. No heirlooms, or bonus tabards....

There is a new achieve on the ptr also according to mmo-champ

That might work, but I have a habit of trying to do all the dailys, and I'm not sure if I have enough alts to cover them all.

I'm looking for an addon that will let me know which of the various pet trainers I have / haven't done the daily quest on yet. If it can also tell me the location of the quest giver that would be a bonus.
