I assume this is an addon that lets you save teams.
Im not a 100% sure on this, but if you go into wow->WTF->account->AccName->Realm->CharName->Savedvariables , there is a bunch of .lua connected to your addons.
I would assume that is the file that keeps track of them, but i could very well be wrong.

I think it's actually the following because it isn't specific to a character.
World of Warcraft -> WTF -> Account -> login-> SavedVariables
