It is very very rare that I see them or I am in that zone. I was farming some Cabalist gear for my druid.

Is there a definitive spawn time for Minfernals? I have never seen posted on any site exactly how long it is between spawns. I had camped once for 6 hours and never saw one, so it appears to be longer than 6 hours. I am guessing at least 12 hours, but it could be even longer.

i have checked every day on 3 realms for like 3 months and no spawns. Today there were 4 of em spawned. No idea.
