The in-game tooltip for [ability]Phaser[/ability] has an added line of "This is a 2 round ability", which does not appear here or on wowhead tooltips.

Right now the ingame tooltip is correct in that he fires on the first round then does nothing on the 2nd like a reversed [ability]Shot Through The Heart[/ability] only with damage/accuracy equal to an [ability]Emerald Bite[/ability], which can be used every turn.

I noticed that and wondered if I was only imagining things. Is it a bug or intended and the tooltip just wasn't updated properly to match?
