How did BOTS get on the forums?

Post by Breehit » March 11th, 2013, 11:02 am

I have glanced at the "online" list when I look at these forums, and often see something called "MSN BOT" online (grayed out). Are there BOTS that are "members" of Warcraft pets? And why would a BOT want to browse the forums???? :?:

Some search engines have bots that help filter and provide search results from websites such as WarcraftPets. I can't say for sure that that's the bot you're referring to, but if it is, I don't think it's malicious.

If there are malicious bots that intend to only spam and provide bad links, we'll crack down on them for sure. :)
