Dodge and Miss Chance - Battles Against Wild Pets
I have been battling random pets while doing my archeology digs around Feralas. What I found unbelievable is that a poor level 14 rat dodged my rare level 25 Flayer's attacks... twice in a row. Next battle I was up against a poor level 15 cockroach. The roach dodged my Flayer's attacks, again twice in a row. 
Good thing a Flawless Critter stone dropped from one of the battles or I would be so mad. How exactly does dodge and miss chance work in these types of matches where there is a huge disparity in pet levels?
