Draenor Garrison Pet Drops
Did the garrison stop dropping the pets in level 3 menagerie after the last patch? they used to drop quite a bit but I have not seen any at all since the patch.....

The pets from the Erris/Kira quest?
As I recall it, those drop reasonably often for characters until that character has received them all; then the drop rate falls off a cliff and they hardly ever drop after that. Is that consistent with what you're seeing?

not really -- they were dropping tons - even after getting them all....i got them several times -- and then after this latest biggest patch they totally stopped....

Not sure about the "I got them several times". Each of my toons can get each of them, but never saw one get a duplicate. Need a level 3 Menagerie of course before they happen, but then seems to be same occasional drop as usual.
