I am looking for a guild that has unlocked the Deathwatch Hatchling from WoD (Alliance or Horde either is fine).

I don't know of one, but I do want to say that you shouldn't limit your search to guilds on your realm.
It is just as quick to get guild rep starting from level 1. You can do that in a few hours, especially if you buy a Renowned Guild Tabard on your main and mail it to your alt.
Gold to buy the Deathwatch Hatchling is a thing, but you can just sell a pet on the realm where you want the gold, without too much trouble. You'll no doubt take a loss, but a couple of K here or there is nothing.

@Grainne: Thank you soo much! I made an alt on Saurfang EU and joined Forged ... a few hours later I had the pet!
