XP bonus nerfed

Yesterday, I wanted to take advantage of +200% bonus to level some pets..

I put on my Safari hat, bought burger and a sausage, applied the burger and applied the sausage..... Or so I though; when I tried to apply the sausage, it said "a more powerful spell is already active"..

So, since when, have we not been able to use both burger and sausage?? Combined with the 200% (and 50% and 10%) bonus, those 25% is quite a significant amount of XP..
