2016 Arena Tournament
I just got an announcement from Blizzard about a North American Arena Tournament. I am wondering if there is a possibility of it awarding the Murkimus pet? I posted in the forum asking for a blue answer but thought I would post here to see if anyone knows anything on it.

Would be nice but I'm guessing no, if it was going to be the reward for entering I would think it would be in the announcement of the event?

Are you referring to this: 2016 Arena Tournament - The Road to BlizzCon (part of the BlizzCon esports event)?
If so, it's not the same Arena Tournament as the Arena Pass which rewards [pet]Murkimus the Gladiator[/pet].
IIRC, Blizzard has mentioned that they have no plans on holding an Arena Pass event this year due to their busier than normal schedule.
