Thundering Jade Serpent Mount?

Hello, I saw a few posts on this already but they were all from 2013/2014. I'm trying to find a guild that has the Thundering Jade Serpent, I'm willing to roll a new character and grind out the rep to be able to get it, I'm a US player so it would need to be a US guild but server and faction are not an issue. I just joined a guild that stated they had everything and they don't, I was so excited to finally get this one off my list lol.
