Suggestion: Favorite Button

Post by Rezzelyn » March 28th, 2020, 11:39 pm

I need a way of adding pets to a favorites list as a way of bookmarking them so that I know to search out these unique pets when I come to the zone. Please consider adding this feature.

The "Want It" checkmark is always grayed out, I'm assuming it's only there to state that I don't have it yet. When I first saw it, I became confused as I thought the check mark was supposed to be clickable as a way of favoriting something. It's a confusing bit of decoration.

I completely agree with this.
The way the list works right now is incredibly confusing.
I don't want ALL pets to be on my want list. I want to mark specific ones.
The way the list works on this website is incredibly clunky. Not easy to use at all.

Kind of a workaround, but you can modify your Wanted list by setting "excluded" pets:

https://www.warcraftpets.com/account/co ... xclusions/

At the bottom you should see a link (not the checkbox) to say "All Pets" which will list all your uncollected pets, then use the check boxes to filter out in bulk or you can manually check the pets to exclude. Note there is a website bug where you may have to toggle one of the check boxes to get the filters to apply at first.

Not ideal, but it might give you what you want
