Not getting confirmation email - new user

Hi there, I showed this website to my guild mates and my gf tried to sign up but she isn't receiving any email confirmation of her sign up...she already tried 3 times and sent a help request with no answer so far.

We've had a few issues with emails sent to our mail server not coming through from certain domains. Anyone having this problem can contact me though this page:
