Pet that cannot be levelled

Hi,

Some time ago, you changed the system, so unlevellable pets (e.g. Horde Balloon), would all be considered Rare quality.

Could you apply the same mechanic, to consider them all level 25? It's really annoying to see a difference pf 20-30 pets in unique and max level pets, solely because of these pets?
