Am I missing something? All I want to do is be able to click the pets I want to hunt / farm and have them kept in a list here.

But it seems like the "wanted" feature only works on a filter. So I can say I want "all BFA pets" or "all pets I haven't collected", but there's no way to select specific pets.

You can view your "Wanted" list of pets from the Wanted tab on your Pet Collection management page: https://www.warcraftpets.com/collection/Farble1670/

Alternatively, you can search for pets you have not yet collected by using our Pet Filter: https://www.warcraftpets.com/wow-pets/filter/

In both cases, you can click on individual pets to view details about each one.
