Virus/Malicious Software on this Website

Hello

I've been using this website for a long time, but in the past few days it seems like there is a virus/malicious software on here. I'm no expert on these things, so I hope you'll bear with me.

My avast! Free Antivirus keeps telling me that it is blocking infections when I am on this website (it happens almost everytime I click on Forums for example). Yesterday I was also redirected to a new page that claimed to be a Java update - I almost installed it, but I realised that there was something fishy (albeit a little too late). I've scanned my computer entirely, but I'm really scared that there is something bad on my system now

I cannot give you the links that avast! gives me when it blocks the infections, as I am a new poster.

I'm nearly certain this is something being served up by our ad network. Trouble is, everyone gets different ads. So far, you're the only one to mention it (as of late), so I don't think it's widespread.

I've disabled ads for your account for the next 30 days. Please let us know if the problem continues.

Just got redirected to a clearly fake website, claiming Adobe reader needed to be updated, while browsing the forums. redirecting me to http://www.81coe.com/ [rest of the url removed].

When I posted a message on here, a page popped up which was a nude site.

I was browsing the pet trading forums and was auto-redirected to http://quick-computer-repairs.be which was trying to install something under the guise of adobe on my machine.
