The tooltip says 90%, but I swear it's more like 70%. Seems to miss quite frequently, anyone else finding this?

No, it hits just fine for me. 90% seems about right. That is, of course, unless there's an accuracy debuff up...

Random is random.

it has streaky misses. i'm using an addon that keeps track of hits and misses and over my last 100 uses it actually has hit with 92% accuracy. however the 8% misses seem to come at the absolute worst times.
