Chi-Chi seems different...

So last week I was really busy and almost forgot to do my Celestial Tournament until late last night (Monday). Gotta get them coins to complete the set, right? Anyways, as I was fighting [pet]Chi-Chi, Hatchling of Chi-Ji[/pet] and my first team lost and was having another go at her, I noticed something. Her [ability]Fire Quills[/ability] is now elemental. Didn't that ability used to be dragon? Does anyone know when this was changed? Or am I mistaken and it was never dragon?
