Question Account wide Pet Battle Achievements

OK I was looking through the achievements for pet battles. And noticed that my Pvp pet battles aren't the same across several characters.
1 toon has 4 1 toon has 9 and another 1 - this is under Experienced Pet Brawler
Same under vengeful pet brawler. None of these add up to the number of pvp wins I have - like for 250 achieve I have 20/250 but adding up all the achieve number of wins I don't get to 80. I thought these were account bound?
Any ideas? Or patch day bug?
