Is there an addon that records misses/hits?

I do not have the patience to use an 0 or 1 system on paper. I am very interested in the distribution of hits/misses though. I wonder if there is an addon that records hits/misses (in general and for specific abilities). I wonder if the sequences of misses are what you would expect.

Hi@ll

such an addon would be gr8. Hope we will se some data collecting addonds, there is a lot of data that can be tracked.

hit/misses is one that would be nice to know if the 80/85/90/95% are really like this, enough data can prove or not. Especially that sometime it feels the real numbers are lower.

Are here in that forum some pet battle developer around? Maybe they can reuse some code frome another addons/integrate as modul for another addons.

It wont be easy, because there are factors to consider

- pet level
- oponent pet level
- buffs active on one of the pets
- debuffs active on one of the pets
- hits always attacks because of debuff
etc

Nevertheless hope we will se such an addon soon.

The website won't let me post a link, but it is called Pet Accuracy Recorder. You can download it from Curse or from CurseForge.

Does anybody know of a version of pet accuracy recorder which is working with non en-US locale?

I use de-DE lacalization, however neither the comment section at the addon location is disabled, the project site at curseforge has no tickets activated and the discussion thread is in the US-warcraft forums, where european users can't write.

If anybody of you can write a polite answer in the thread at the us english forum thread that a localization would be very much appreciated that would be great.

Thanks in advantage.

I haven't looked in a while, so I don't know if it's been upgraded since I got it (and since stopped using it).

In fights like Nishi it would through a LUA error because of the sunlight Health boost and then getting rid of sunlight doing "damage" from no source.

Other than that, it worked pretty well, and did show that most of the abilities are close to predicted over time. There were a few that were a bit low based on my sample set (Dive comes to mind), and a couple that were slightly higher (like 91.59% for a 90% hit chance skill).
