every time i have beaten any of the fable's since this past tuesday has been to dumb luck. i try one team and it wins my first try. i try that same team again and it fails completely. i can't get the achievement done because of this. and there's no one specific beast of fable that's giving me problems, it's all of them.

You could try searching the forum for specific threads on how to defeat them. There are a couple of them now on first page as I type this response.

I just posted this in another thread; but I used these 3 teams and 1 shot all the BoF

for aquatic BoF-
Crow S/S (the only one where breed might be important)
alpha strike/call darkness/Murder (against pets that can heal I use nocturnal strike)
Brilliant Kaliri P/S
Quills/shriek/Nocturnal strike(if used with the murder debuff still up it WRECKS)
Imperial Eagle Chick P/P
Slicing wind/adrenaline rush/lift-off

for beast BoF-
Warbot P/P
Missle/Toxic Smoke/Launch Rocket
Son of Animus P/P
Metal Fist/Siphone Anima/Extra Plating
I actually went with Lil' Ragnaros on this team because it just worked but you can swap him for another mech if you want
Sulfuras Smash/Conflagurate/Flamethrower

for critter BoF-
Alpine Foxling P/B (anything with this moveset should work)
Bite/Howl/Leap
Stunted ShardhornP/P
Smash/Horn Attack/Trumpet Strike
Kun-lai Runt P/P
Thrash/Frost Shock/Deep Freeze

I've got basically 3 teams myself for it, though my strat is a bit different(and inspired by another post on here)

For Aquatic, Call Darkness Nuke team:
GIlnean Raven w/Alpha Strike, Call Darkness, Nocturnal Strike
Brilliant Kaliri w/Quill, Cyclone, Nocturnal Strike
Vampiric Bat w/ Bite, Doesn't Matter, Nocturnal Strike <---- Would prefer a Crow for this slow for extra Call Darkness, but I don't have a rare one yet, so I had to make-do.

Basically CD, NS, swap, NS, swap, NS, swap, and repeat until dead. Usually they die around the second cycle. If the one throws up a Dam, I just delay until he takes it down himself. Can be a bit RNG on the fish because of Whirlpool.

For the Beasts:
Mechanical Gnome(usually with turrets, but I use rocket on Gorespine)
Darkmoon Zepp w/Rocket, Decoy, Explode
Menagerie Custodian w/Overcharge, Shock&Awe, Ion Cannon

Gnome does Rockets or Fist/turret until dead. Swap in Zepp, Decoy, Rocket until they break Decoy, then Explode. 95% of the time he's dead by now. If not, then Ion Cannon should finish it.

For the critters except Nitun:
Zandalari Kneebiter w/Hunting Party, Black Claw, Bloodfang
Doesn't Matter
Doesn't Matter

No, I'm not kidding. I have a P/B breed and he still killed them both solo. Black Claw -> Hunting Party. Usually they'd hit him hard enough to knock him into the Beast "berserk" racial in time for the second wave of Hunting Party, and multiple 500-600 hits finish it. If they ever managed to live past the raptor, I'd be using Flayer Youngling probably for cleanup.

Nitun gets his own special team because of his healing move:
Restless Shadeling
Vampiric bat
Stitched Pup

Realisticly, any 3 undead would work, but any with beast attacks like the Vampiric bat are best. The trick is since his ability never actually kills the undead, he never gets a heal. The above Kneebiter trick might work too, but because of Prowl I wouldn't risk it.
