Question about Uncanny Luck

I have a question about Mr. Wiggles' Uncanny Luck (boosts accuracy and crit chance for four rounds). Does anyone know how this buff affects multi-round attacks? I was noticing that with my Sprite Darter's Cyclone, it seemed to hit every pet while the buff was active, but went back to the usual hit chance once the buff wore off (which was well before Cyclone did). So, does this buff only affect multi-round attacks on that turn or for the duration of attack if the attack was cast while the buff was active?

Yeah I believe hit chance for multi round abilities are calculated at the start of the round with all buffs considered.
