is it broken? shouldn't I escape the exact turn I get hit like I do with the Earth Panderan stun?

all of my critters that have been CCed they havent broke free so im thinking the critter race is broke

Is it possible that frozen isn't the same as rooted, etc?

My critters are breaking stuns fine - like the other person said i think the freeze isnt counted as a root effect :/

Deals 30 Elemental damage and has a 25% chance to stun the target for 1 rounds.

The chance to stun becomes 100% if the target is Chilled.

I believe it is broken (and quite annoyingly so). Deep freeze's debuff is stun, not freeze despite the name, a form of crowd control and critter should affect it. Deep freeze also ignores arcane winds, I was practically stunned irl when I first saw that happen. It is not just when the runt uses it either, it does the same thing when the tiny snow man uses it. Thankfully it does not ignore Resilient (can you imagine one person with a team of speedy runts and a tiny snow man cycling through them stunning over and over? the horror).
