Is there any beetle/roaches which can reliabley heal themselves over the course of an Apocalypse?
I don't want to level 3 to max level only to get owned, but I'm guessing a Fire/Lava trio would be OK and still do damage to whatever beetles/roaches I come up against?

Most people that run roaches either cast apoc and swap, or use crawdad to heal it
