Farming Battle Stones

I'm sure this has been mentioned somewhere (because it seems quit obvious), but all the beasts of fable have battle pets around them that are their type. I battled pets around one of the beasts for a little over an hour. Were always new spawns so no down time, and got 2 beast stones, which I really need. So saved time, not having to fly around to search for some... anyway, hope this helps someone.

Did that too. Unfortunatelly there is no Flying Elite which is most of what I need at this point. Only source of Flying Stones I can think of is the birds in Dragonblight. Got 3 the other day in about 2 hours.

Does anyone know a good spot for flying ones other than that?

possibly the fireflies in krasrang and vale? But they're pretty scattered..

Yeah, I tried that. Still liked Dragonblight more cuz they are all packed and have instant respawn.

Havent done that since 5.2 due to lot of other stuff to do, but Im gonna do it with my 89 hunter and see how is the player experience since the fix and report back.
