Looking for guild pet battle ideas

Im trying to find something to get my guild more involved in pet battles. The problem is besides myself and my wife, no one else has 25s. In fact, no one has anything higher than 12s I think. Any thoughts?

Offer up weekly challenges to ease them into it. If they aren't motivated by collecting pets already you may not be able to offer rare pets as rewards, but you could try offering up items from other aspects of the game. Enchants, pots/flasks, gems, BoE items, etc. are all things that might get them to do enough to kick start some more interest.
