Best Aquatic Pet to Upgrade.

What do you guys think is the best Aquatic pet? I got an aquatic battle stone earlier today and want to make sure I use it on something worth while and that I will hopefully be able to use.
So far from what I can see the best choice is the Tundra Penguin.. what are your thoughts? :s

Wanderer's Festival Hatchling if he's not already a rare. Eliminates the need to have to go back to the cove every Sunday night and hope to have a chance to get 1 of the 5 spawns, let alone a rare......

That's what I did.
