Nightwatcher Merayl cannot find her?

Hiya im trying to do the achievement mousing around and i cannot find Nightwatcher Merayl in asuna ? does it have to be a world quest to show her? :shock:

Yes Nightwatcher Meray WQ (Training with the Nightwatchers
) has to be active for her to show up.
